Products

• All products offered are pre-owned products and as such have been worn and are not new unless stated
• We do our best to provide you with accurate information about the condition and colours of the products with detailed high-res photos and a description of the product's condition
• Minor flaws may have been missed when listing the product and actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor
• Measurements of each product are provided on the product page. Please check our sizing information prior to purchase

Pricing

• All prices for our products are in Euros (€)
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Payment

• We currently accept payments by PayPal and bank transfer 
• Payments by bank transfer need to be made within 48 hours after the order has been placed

Shipping & Delivery

• We use the most secure, fast and cost efficient way of shipping we can find
• We cannot be held responsible for missing packages due to delivery problems or providing a wrong address at checkout
• If a package is returned because the wrong address was entered you will be responsible for payment of reshipping or you will receive a refund for the purchased product minus shipping cost
• We aim to despatch all orders within 24hrs. If you are located outside Europe please allow up to 14 days for delivery
• Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any possible import customs and taxes

Returns

• No returns unless product is significantly different as described
• No refunds will be given for unfavorable sizing. Please check the measurements on the product page and our sizing information prior to purchase
• Returned products must be in the same condition
• Returned packages need to be sent with insured and tracked postage and  need to be paid for by the buyer. In the unlikely event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from your delivery service
• Before sending any returns please contact us within 14 days after receiving your product(s)
